Welcome Barnabas Fellows

You are now part of a national community committed to exploring faith, leadership, and service. The Barnabas Project is powered by Leadership Foundations, a global network with a deep track record of city transformation. As a Fellow, you’ll be part of a national cohort of peers from across the country—young people like you who are committed to leading with integrity and hope. You’ll gain access to mentors, local leaders, and a network of communities who believe that cities can be places of belonging, justice, and renewal.
Access Curriculum

  • Curriculum Portal

    As a Barnabas Fellow, you will participate in a formation process centered around three pillars: faith, service, and reflection. You will engage in a theological formation curriculum that will introduce you to biblical leaders and invite you to consider your own calling in light of their lives.

  • Time Commitment

    From September-May, you willl log 4–5 hrs/week of community service, participate in 1 cohort meeting/month, 1 mentor meeting/month, and submit 1 reflection/month

  • Service

    Each Fellow will engage in local service, not simply as an act of volunteering, but as an intentional extension of their learning. The goal is to connect the curriculum with the work they are doing in the community—reflecting deeply on how faith, leadership, and service intersect.
